Is it real stainless steel? Will it turn black or green?

The Signature Cuff is made from 304 stainless steel with a protective coated finish. It will not turn your wrist green. Black and Rose Gold have fade-resistant finishes; follow the care instructions below. Light surface marks are normal with daily wear.

Will it fit my wrist?

One size, open cuff, designed for wrists measuring 14–20 cm. Gently flex it to adjust; avoid forcing it or bending it repeatedly. See the Size, fit & care guide on each product page.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation and delivered in 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Remote northern areas may take slightly longer. Standard Pakistan delivery is PKR 199; orders of PKR 5,000 or more after discounts qualify for free delivery.

How do I pay?

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

Can I exchange it?

Request an exchange within 48 working hours of delivery. You may try it on to check the fit; return it without wear and tear in its HOWL box. You cover delivery for a finish or fit change. We cover both ways for damaged, defective or incorrect items. COD refunds for those items are made by bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days after we receive the returned item.

Is it for men or women?

Both. All three finishes are unisex.

What is in the box?

One cuff in your chosen finish, in its HOWL box, included in the price.

How do I care for my cuff?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid seawater and corrosive liquids, and avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotion and other cosmetics. Remove it before the gym, swimming or manual work. Store it in its HOWL box when you are not wearing it. Every coated finish picks up light surface marks with daily wear. That is normal and does not affect the piece.
