Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from HOWL at wearhowl.com. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Exchange and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products and orders
The Signature Cuff is available in Black, Rose Gold and Silver. Each bracelet includes its HOWL box. Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees. The maximum purchase quantity is five of each bracelet per order. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can confirm and deliver your order.
Payment and delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Standard delivery costs PKR 199. Orders of PKR 5,000 or more after discounts qualify for free delivery. Confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 hours, with delivery in 3 to 5 working days from dispatch; remote northern areas may take longer. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Exchanges and refunds
Exchange requests must be made within 48 working hours of delivery. Trying the cuff on to check fit is allowed; it must be returned without wear and tear in its HOWL box. Customers pay delivery for a change of finish or fit. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, HOWL covers delivery both ways and offers replacement or refund. COD refunds are made by bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the returned item. Preference returns are exchange or store credit only. Care and appearance
Screen settings and lighting can affect how a finish appears. Follow the care instructions on the product page. Coated finishes can acquire light surface marks during everyday wear.
Using this website
Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit misleading information. HOWL branding, photographs and site content may not be reused without permission or another lawful basis.
Privacy and platform
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Information submitted through the store is processed by HOWL, Shopify and relevant service providers, including providers outside your country, to operate the store and fulfil orders.
